A well-versed New York City singer/songwriter who cut his teeth in venues across the city, Leo Lovechild unveils his upcoming EP, Skyscraper Country; a portrayal of the life and times of the fictional F.J. Stein, a struggling singer/songwriter who desperately yearns for fame and love as he peddles his way through venues and relationships around New York City. Stuck in the place his family has called home for three generations, F.J. dreams of a way out and a way to the top by way of his music but struggles to break free from the broke-artist lifestyle he’s inhabited for over two decades. His first single, a mid-tempo Alt Country tune tracked by his live band titled, “K*LL BOB”, is a dark twisted fantasy about taking down his idol to garner attention and gain himself the notoriety he believes he deserves. The first of five singles off his upcoming EP, “K*LL BOB” is set for release by Indiana-independent Wally Opus Records on Friday, January 3, 2025.
